Sluggish

Word of the day: SLUGGISH

Sluggish (slu 'gish) - adj. 1. Displaying little movement or activity. 2. Lacking alertness, vigor or energy; inert or indolent. 3. Slow to perform or respond to stimulation.
As in: Stacey is quite sluggish today after sleeping too late. Her sluggishness is proving counterproductive. Stacey feels too sluggish to write a blog entry, so this will have to do.
