Another quickie

Blogging, obviously, hasn't been No. 1 on my list of priorities lately. I guess I'm following in the footsteps of a certain Princess Hiker (minus the blatant outcry from readers), but I'm alive and have a short update. (Please. Try to contain yourselves.)

* Most important event of the week: I paid my car off today. Eveyone say a hearty "Amen."
* Second-most imporatant event this week: I got my car doorlock fixed. I can now unlock my driver's side door. Woo hoo! Life is good.
* Depressing news of the week: Allison is out. Vincent is still in. If you watch the best show on TV, you know what I mean. I swear, those judges are not considering overall design work, passion or mental health. Vincent is a loon. I do not like that man.
* Something I'm looking forward to: Fall. I really think it's time to focus on fall ... or have I just fallen victim to the marketing geniuses who have been displaying fall fashion for a month now? Hmmm ... something to consider. But, I think the searing heat has more to do with my growing disdain toward summer.
